ISO 11290-2:2018 specifies a horizontal method for
– the enumeration of L. monocytogenes, and
– the enumeration of Listeria spp. (including L. monocytogenes).
ISO 11290-2:2018 is applicable to
– products intended for human consumption and for the feeding of animals, and
– environmental samples in the area of food production and food handling.
